Well August got away from me a bit. Partly that's because I work in tourisum and it has been a busy summer, but I also spent a lot of time going down various rabbit holes about pigeons, and other holes about the newspaper scene in New York at the turn of the twentieth century. Both topics are deep and fascinating, but I of course have a very limited space with my two page stories here.
