The Turtle Pond in Central park is probably the best place in NYC to see reptiles of any kind. I'll get more into how it became so in the next comic. If you are in the city I also like to mention that there are a lot of turtles in many other bodies of water in the parks throughout the city, for instance I have personally seen turtles in Van Courtlandt Park, Pelham Bay Park, Prospect Park, and Ally Pond park. This time of year they are getting harder to see as they bed down for the winter, but in the spring they go back to sunning themselves on rocks, and are much easier to spot.
Also I'm sorry this page got out so late. October was a very busy month for me, but I shoud be back on schedule by the end of November.
