Fish Eye View of New York page 2

A comic featuring a ninteenth century poluted East River with a fish version of Phillip, a subway car being dumped into the ocean, a subway car being used as an artifical reef by fish to hide from a white shark, a comon dolphin jumping out of the East river in front of Williamsberg. Phillip Gerba looking at his fish version while laying on a pier.

The fish stories are the most changeling for me, as I am don't interact with the water much around New York City. We are an archipelago, and the Waterways that weave themselves through our city have always been important to both the wildlife in thenm, and the people around them. It is nice to remind ourselves that foresight and community effort can really make a big difference in the quality of all life around us.
